Do you offer shipping?
Yes, we offer cost-effective shipping through Canada Post.
Do you offer local pick up?
We offer pick up in Pickering between 11am-7pm and Oshawa after 5pm for those who live in the Durham Region. You will be given the opportunity to choose pick up when you are checking out. Once you have placed your order, please call Darlene at 647-225-7341 or email us at silkimagination@rogers.com to arrange a time for pick up.
What size do the baskets come in?
As each basket is handcrafted, measurements may vary slightly. The baskets come in the following sizes:

| Large | 11" x 8" x 10" tall |
| XL | 12" x 7" x 12" tall |

What are the baskets made out of?
The outside and inside fabric are 100% cotton and is interfaced to give it a nice shape. It also has a layer of fleece to give additional support and softness.
Can I wash the basket?
Yes. Hand or machine wash on delicate cycle with cold water, then let dry. A steam iron can be used to make the fabric look crisp again. Iron inside the basket one side at a time.
How do I take care of my baby blanket with the minky?
Machine wash on delicate cycle with cold water and tumble dry. You can iron the cotton top to give it a fresh crisp look. Do not iron the minky.
When will my order be ready?
If I have the fabric in stock it should take 1-2 weeks. If I have to order your fabric it may take approximately 1-2 weeks for the fabric to arrive and another 1-2 weeks for your order to be ready to ship.

Does Silk Imagination attend local Markets or Craft Shows?
Yes I do, however due to the coronavirus most if not all craft shows and markets have been cancelled.
